Aaron Shaw has been a coach of the BannLynchMcDade team for the past 6 years with a teaching style shaped by the BannLynchMcDade methodology, who is also a TaylorMade ambassador. Besides being a professional coach, he is also an excellent golfer who plays professional events in both Australia and Asia.

As a coach, Shaw has devoted himself to teaching golfers of all abilities ranging from beginners to elites. One of his assets is the ability to establish a great connection with his students by explaining the golf swing in the most simple way, which is in accordance with his teaching philosophy: he believes that “most of the time, clear understandable explanations and improvement drills, are all that is required to help a student find their pathway towards improvement.”

He always has a long-term plan for his students who aim to improve the game. Apart from helping his students reach their goals in the game, Shaw also makes sure that they enjoy each of their lessons.
