Danny Vera is Head Professional at Long Reef Golf Club.

Starting playing golf at the age of 15, he gained great success within just a few years and was chosen to represent NSW at both junior and senior level for 5 years in his early 20s. In 2006 he played on the Japanese tour, which can be seen as a professional highlight of him. He finished his apprenticeship at Terrey Hills Golf and Country Club during which time he was named both Australian Golf Digest and NSW Trainee of the year.

Danny Vera’s past playing experience and his professional knowledge of the game assist him in becoming a great coach. The simpleness and basic approach to the game are what his students love the most about his teaching. He has great passion in improving the junior program at the club and is keen to help golfers of any level to develop the game and reach their goals.
