Earl McGlinn is currently Teaching Professional at Manly Golf Club. He has been a Certified Member PGA Australia since 2013 with the Advanced Coaching Certification.

He started learning the game from an early age following the footsteps of his father Ray McGlinn who is a member of the Australian PGA for 40 years. He has spent time local and abroad learning to hone his own skills and to help some of the great golf players, such as Dave Phillips, Dr Greg Rose, and Dr Rob Neal, to further improve their games.
Additionally, he has gained multiple certifications through the Titleist Performance Institute, TrackMan and Functional Movement Systems when playing abroad. And he is proficient with the latest technologies in golf such as Trackman, Flightscope, Hudl Technique, Gravity Fit and Speed Sticks.

Earl McGlinn believes that before developing your own swing, putting and chipping style, you need to have a clear understanding of your own limits and abilities first. His goal is to help you improve the game and reach an ultimate goal based on your own level and capability.
